Student Housing

Walk-to-class convenience is one of the many benefits of our first on-campus housing.

The Village is comprised of seven housing buildings that include 144 units and 342 beds.

The community building features an exercise room, study areas, lobby, and outside meeting areas with a pool, sand volleyball court, and BBQs.

To sum it up, The Village is fully-furnished apartment living with amenities to keep you fit, healthy, and happy while activities support your educational, social, and recreational interests.

Contact the student housing office at 702.992.2290 or nschousing@studenthousing.com.

So here we have a variety of floor plans that range from one bedroom all the way to our four bedroom floor plans. We also have an unfurnished floor plan as well for any of our non-traditional students. So we have really, really cool amenities. I think any student will be excited about them. We have a swimming pool, we have our outdoor courtyard, we also have a volleyball court, which makes really good programming activities. We also have a 24 Hour Fitness gym with state of the art equipment. We have free weights, we have cardio equipment, and we also have study lounges. We have private study lounges, as well as group study lounges, and I think that promotes our academic success for students, and it also helps with their retention rates when you do live on campus and have access to these types of things.

Yeah, I think it's important for students to get involved because in a sense, they're closer to the community that is built here, and that's something we pride ourselves on is that family environment, but the only way you can truly experience that is if you're active. So you get active by simply going to student lounge and you can get active by going to a club or recreations events, and there's just an array of things. So if you want to feel closer to our community, if you want opportunities for growth, and even opportunities for networking and meeting staff and faculty on a personal basis, there's no better way than to get involved in all those areas.
